Liked: Ummm trying to think of something, but it was pretty dire
Disliked: Room - so so small with no window, very claustrophobic and dismal. Bedding old and tired as was everything else in the room.

Good for an overnight stay.

Liked: Breakfast was Excellent - Nice dining area. Polite and quick service. Cooked and presented very nicely - Everything you could ask for. Bar and dining area has been extensively refurbished. Bed was reasonably comfortable - all smelled fresh and clean. Lovely big towels.
Disliked: TV was on a low chest so unable to watch it from the bed. It needs wall mounting. Some issues with shower and shower door. Extractor in bathroom not working.

Liked: Big disappointment on arrival no kerb appeal very tired ,on entering through a really bad looking door what we saw first in hall and by first lot of stairs was bad looked like it wanted either a clean or diy.Lots of stairs that we wasn’t aware off .Room was clean no outside window just a window in roof which the velez window frame on one side was broken off could have caused an issue if other side broke.
Disliked: Food was very good and staff really friendly,realised it was bank holiday but it would have been good to know that they had a bouncy castle indoors for the children which was noisy while eating evening meal.

Disliked: Where do I start? First impressions, potholed car park like a building site. Entrance not obvious, not welcoming, front exterior needs renovation. Stairwell filthy. Windowless bedroom. Broken skylight too high to reach. Coffee stains up the wall. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Bedding clearly very old and needed replacing. Mattress uncomfortable. Pillows very thin and old. Nowhere to hang clothes. Oh and this was a deluxe room apparently
