Disliked: Stayed in the old part of the build, room coved with cobwebs and even in the bath tub but would put this down to being in the older room. Room window opened out above a ventilation unit for refrigerator. And the noise was awful and constant all night, finally stopped at about 7:30am so did not sleep. Was told by staff the next day that this should have been on a timer and should not have been on all night. But unfortunately it was and could not sleep.

Disliked: I'd rather not listen to bottles/ rubbish bins being emptied at 6am. Room decor is tired.

Disliked: The bed in our room was very hard & not very comfortable. Room was also very hot.

Liked: Fantastic oldy world building. Like a maze. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful .
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay there longer.Look forward to staying there again.
