Disliked: A difficult time for staff as they'd had an afternoon event before we arrived, but I had checked in advance about an evening meal - it was rather chaotic, we had to wait over an hour for food, one waitress was very short and unhelpful. They could have handled things better.

Liked: The rooms were absolutely amazing. They were all different with beautiful beams exposed in some and all very spacious. The bar and restaurant were fabulous and staff very friendly and professional.
