Disliked: Room walls are wafer thin. Can hear conversations, snores and TV from adjoining room. Hardly slept. Don’t forget your earplugs

Liked: Food was excellent! Staff very friendly. Excellent position for the town. Good bed, lovely towels. Good car parking facilities. Wi-Fi was very good.
Disliked: Our delux room was in a different building, I knew that and that was fine.But the carpet was awful and very stained. It made the whole room look grubby. Also on the write up it stated some bathrooms don’t have a bath. Our bathroom didn’t have a shower. Being of a certain age having a bath wasn’t easy for us.

Liked: Great location, easy parking, lovely room and staff and top rate food
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard and therefore a bit uncomfortable for us

Disliked: Just car parking at £15 was excessive and the fa t this was for disabled blue badge holders. Stayed at numerous hotels in Harrogate and this was first time we have been charged.
