Superb

Liked: Very helpful at reception. Great Room.
Disliked: My window was hard to keep closed

Exceptional

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Really good location. I arrived late in the evening so didn’t need the private parking but was offered it.
Disliked: Shower head was fixed, which is always an issue when you’re short! No shower cap available. Bed very soft.

One night in central Exeter...

Liked: My single room was located some distance from reception. It was a bit of a maze trying to get to it. Having said that, the room was excellent with all the required facilities. The view of the wall opposite could have been a let down but I don't stay there for the views. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have it. However the location is perfect as I was at an all day function in the cathedral, just 5 minutes walk away.
Disliked: The signage to my room could have been better. I had to retrace my steps a few times before eventually finding room 7.

Disliked: We stayed on a Friday night and locals very noisy after a big night out. Yelling for a couple of hours-obviously not hotel’s fault. Room a bit too warm
