Exceptional

Liked: Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was yummy. Lovely guest house

Liked: Great size room where the kids had their own room and tv which they loved. Breakfast was lovely, location was great. Parking was tricky but that’s the same for anywhere in Llandudno. The only thing I’d say is it’s a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint but didn’t affect our stay

Liked: The rooms were good. The location is excellent with all facilities, transport and near to beach. Staff was also very nice.
Disliked: Our room was at the 3rd floor which was very hot. Breakfast timing could be a bit earlier. Windows were small

Superb

Liked: My wife and I just wanted somewhere to rest up overnight after an evening at Venue Cymru. Although the room wasn't very big, it had all the facilities we required and was clean and comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast to send us on our was the following morning. Considering the price point along with the fact we only needed somewhere to rest overnight, I think we had excellent value for moneyWe would definitely stay at the White Court again next time we're at Venue Cymru (something we do several times/year)..
Disliked: I guess if you're stopping for more than a day or two, you might want a larger room.

Night away 50 miles up...

Liked: The hotel was very well located to the sea front and shops etc. The room was large, clean and provided tea coffee facilities. We particularly enjoyed a splendid breakfast and the friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking wasn’t a problem for us although it did entail a 5 minute walk to get outside of the fee paying road side zone. The hotel as is common with others at our seaside resorts could do with modernisation but it didn’t detract from a pleasant stay.

Liked: Great location, great food, lovely staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether you're with family, solo, with friends/partners. Water pressure was unexpectedly a little low, especially since we were on the top floor, but the staff was wonderful and helped us resolve this issue.

Liked: The bed was really comfortable and the location was really good. We had everything we needed within 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The room was listed as a sea view. I would say this was mis advertised as the only thing you could mainly see through the window was the wetherspoons pub across the road and the Seymour cafe. The sea could only be seen if stood right by the window and looking to your left. The shower didn't work properly. Both me and my partner ended up having a cold shower. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling away from the wall and the decor was a little date. There were wine glasses in the room but you were not allowed to take your own drink into the room. One of the brochures on the table stated there was supposed to be a complimentary bottle of wine but apparently it was outdated and maybe should be removed from the room along with the wine glasses
