Pleasant

Liked: Size and clean room.Staff were good.Breakfast was good. Location was good in terms of some local attractions.
Disliked: It was very hot but fan was not available for first night. Couldn’t sleep well. It is just in front of a very busy pub so it was quite noisy in the night.

Okay but requires an elevator

Liked: Location was great, close to the main pier and infrastructure. Breakfast was really nice. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: No lift. 3rd floor room with 6 flights of stairs was a nightmare! No need to climb mountains here when you’re on the top floorWiFi was unusable. Shower head had no power whatsoever.

Sunny weekend in beautiful Llandudno

Liked: From start to end of stay welcomed with the most friendly and helpful team Room was massive and very clean Bed comfortable Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Llandudno Will definitely be back Hopefully soon

Dusty unclean room, shower needs...

Liked: Location was really good, close to town and beach. Fantastic breakfast with really hot plates and food well cooked.
Disliked: The room was very dusty, looks as though the paint work has never been cleaned. The bathroom shower was mouldy , broken and dirty trimmings inside the shower. We never took a shower because of the condition of the shower. The stair handrail was filthy dirty. I don’t think it had been wiped down for a very long time. We had a twin room and the sheets on the bed were different colours and didn’t fit properly.

Liked: Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was yummy.
