Lovely relaxing stay - excellent...

Liked: Beautiful property. Well looked after. We had the bridal suite and the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in!!!Staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Only slight downside is the location is a bit far from anywhere within walking distance

Liked: Beautiful location, wonderful views. Everything was perfect for us.
Disliked: Could hear other residents.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bar shut for business too early, would have expected to be able to get a drink after 9pm!!The dinner menu was very limited on choice.I feel that the hotel should also consider becoming dog friendly.

Good location, room clean and...

Liked: Close to Alton towers which was our planned onward destination.Room was good size and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Felt a little dated and needed. The shower door seal was missing which caused a lot of water to go on the floor.Breakfast ok but quite slow.
