Exceptional

Best hotel experience!

Liked: The whole set up was amazing! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I loved the roof top. Such a comfortable environment.

Great value for money

Liked: The room had an amazing view on the Hollywood sign and hills. Also very cool design and bathroom is very spacious.
Disliked: Was not able to open a window in the bedroom… very annoying. Breakfast can be of better quality as well.

Good

Liked: Decoration was unique at the lobby and hallway. Rooftop was stylishly designed and very comfortable to lounge.
Disliked: There was no trash can in the room(only one in the bathroom), no safety box, no fridge. They said they are new hotel so all the amenities are not ready yet.

Don’t think I’ll return.

Disliked: Crazy story, The power went out like 3am, Super dark in the room and hot .tried calling the front desk multiple times and got a busy signal. I started feeling super anxious . Power was out for over an hour. It would have been nice to know something from the hotel , like they were working on it sorry for the inconvenience. Obviously didn’t sleep well.Also the bed had a thin sheet no blanket .The room seemed dirty , stains on the wall and glitter on the floor from previous guest A positive was the car valet. Very polite and professional.

Overall great location and experience.

Liked: The nice leather touch and the over all aesthetic.
Disliked: It’s mandatory valet parking but the attendants leave at 11pm. I had to pay for valet parking but each night I had to park myself as no one was there.

Liked: The front staff was simply amazing! They were very welcoming, Also housekeeping staff was great. Made us feel home!
Disliked: Our complaint during our whole stay was during the breakfast. We noticed the silverware was not clean at all and the food supplies like coffee, milk and scrambled eggs were not often verified by the restaurant staff, so the guests had to wait for a good while to get it. Everything else was great!

Disliked: Wish they offered things to do at the hotel for guest. Felt like it was just take one shot when you check in and then that’s all. The breakfast was alright.. eggs tasted weird. I just ate the oatmeal.

Friendly front desk and stylish...

Liked: The lobby and hallways are nicely decorated, and the front desk staff were friendly. The roof view. When allowed during breakfast and part of day it seems. There is a lot of potential for this hotel once it’s actually ready for guests.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room was not clean — the shower had hair in it, the sheets were stained, the TV remote was sticky with what seemed like sugar, and there was some kind of lubricant left on the blanket. The room also felt humid and uncomfortable, no matter what we tried. Breakfast was already finished by 8:30 AM, and the parking situation was frustrating and never resolved despite my calm attempts to work with valet and management. The roof was nice, but not allowed to go and just enjoy the views at night. Loud, disruptive guests next door yelled, screamed, and talked on the phone all night, and even after reporting it multiple times, nothing was done. The property is still under construction, and it shows — perhaps it’s too soon to be accepting guests. For what was supposed to be a special night, it didn’t feel anywhere near the value for money.
