Liked: Location was fantastic Breakfast was good but needs pancakes Staff were lovely Room was fine for for long we were there
Disliked: Bathroom could have done with a deeper bath Room was ok for the length of time we were there but any longer than I would book a better room with a view of the marina

Disliked: Room 107 bathroom smelt of drains.Breakfast was poorly cooked and choice limited.Decore is dated and the place is generally tired

Most enjoyable stay

Liked: Very warm welcome on arrival, room lovely with balcony overlooking the broads, which was just what we wanted! Found all staff were friendly and helpful.Housekeeping helped with issues when needed, altogether a fabulous stay! We will be back for definite!!!! Thank you.
Disliked: If I have to mention anything it is at breakfast, please have really cold juices and milk out, room temperature is not a pleasant thing. Shower hose could do to be a bit longer as I had to bend down to wash hair. Light needed over desk mirror, for make up etc, too dark to do makeup. Other than that....fantastic

Liked: The location is almost worth the trip but the Wherry badly needs a paint job and waiting time for food very long even when booking restaurant we had to queue to order our food so opted for the Carvery which was ready, v good value but as residents we didn't expect to wait in line to order drinks and food having reserved a table.The room needs a mini fridge and little things like quality of loo paper was not good, the quilt was far too big, and heavy so unusable, however we would return knowing now what to expect, like probably not using hotel for food and taking loo paper!
