Quite a basic room but...

Disliked: Service charges for the meal.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast, plenty of choice. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Room decor tired. Bathroom very tired. Shower over bath not able to be adjusted for height. Also water temperature very hot and unable to adjust.

Liked: Location, and based on many previous stays we always choose the Wheatsheaf
Disliked: Sadly, for the first time we found the beds very uncomfortable and the room shabby. The breakfast was poor, very limited choice. Nothing was being topped up and one staff member was petulant and rude when we asked for bowls, milk, and any kind of pastry/croissant.

Liked: The staff were all polite and helpful. Breakfast good.
Disliked: The internal decoration in our room and the corridor needs attention, Mark's and scrapes.The the bathroom grouting is a horrible mess and needs attention. Bath panel has a crack along the top Basically clean.
