Liked: Great central location. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Fantastic breakfast and nice rooms made this a very enjoyable stay

Liked: Close to centre & rail station. Flat route easy to find. Lovely room with en-suite and window that could be opened

Liked: Very pleasant and helpful staff checked us in and guided us to the car park.
Disliked: We were on the second floor - no lift! I would request ground floor if I returned.

Liked: Just a lovely place to stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we left great staff throughout in all aspects couldn't fault anything highly recommend looking forward to stay again soon .So happy to see genuine hardworking people thank you.

Exceptional

Liked: We received a warm welcome and were able to check in as soon as we arrived at midday. Being able to park at the hotel was excellent and the location meant we avoided city centre traffic. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: A small point would be that the bath tub was dated and could do with renewal, and breakfast service on the second day was a bit hit and miss, but these are very minor things in a great hotel.
