Liked: The staff were absolutely brilliant. From reception to dinning .very helpful. Especially as I'm gluten intolerant. It was very conveniently located and parking was free.
Disliked: In need of a face lift. Although out bed was clean the furniture was in need of updating. The bathroom definitely needed updating and tbh if you look up is wasn't particularly clean .

Lovely hotel but terrible parking.

Liked: Great location for visiting York and the surrounding area.
Disliked: There was very little private parking for such a good sized hotel. We had to park on the road which meant sometimes having to move the car twice to get onto the free, limited parking space. Also the parking was under trees which pigeons were roosting at night and covering our car in droppings which resulted in having to take the car to a car wash.

Liked: Location, great breakfast, comfortable room, good shower, quiet area, nice big windows.
Disliked: No elevator, hard to lift luggage to the room but we ended up having help.

Liked: Lovely location and the staff were very helpful. Booked last minute and this hotel was great for the price and close to the city centre. Have no complaints, it was comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like. Everything was lovely, location was lovely and staff were lovely as well. Good price for the services and the stay. No complaints!
