Liked: Clean room wonderful restaurant and garden Very friendly and pleasant staff
Disliked: Not a very good breakfast Wine in the bar and restaurant expensive Cheeps bottle £40.00 to buy a nice one £65.00Most hotels in London have a starter bottle at around £25 to £30.00

Spectacular and Tranquil Getaway

Liked: Spectacular stay. Tranquil getaway surrounded with its own haven of exceptional gardens. Very comfortable stay with outstanding facilities including the restaurants, spa treatments and room amenities and extremely attentive and hospitable staff. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape.

Stunning, perfect for a special...

Liked: Stunning hotel, really something special. There was nothing I didn’t like, very romantic and perfect for a weekend break in cotswolds x if I had to be picky I’d say the breakfast was average.
Disliked: I loved everything although I was surprised to see a £70 service charge added to our bill upon leaving, seemed expensive and not really sure what it was for other than it didn’t feel optional

Liked: I liked the building and the gardens
Disliked: I did not appreciate the poor service in the spa. The chairs in the spa were left appearing used for hours when they should have been cleared up and made ready for the next user. The spa treatments were also booked out. I did not enjoy the restaurant. Tiny portions which did not justify the prices. The bar had no beer on tap and again served standard drinks at exorbitant prices.

Disliked: Everything was fantastic but two minor issues , spa towels were thread bare , old and need renewing, and adding service charge to whole bill, after paying £550 for room don’t expect them to add 10% to bill and spa treatment , they took it off but really , this is greed
