We had a wonderful time...

Liked: It was all fabulous ! I would of liked the option of a salad as a meal at the Greys restaurant in the evening
Disliked: The stairs down to the changing rooms of the spar were dangerous

Outstanding from start to finish.

Liked: The appearance of the hotel and grounds is incredible. As is the spa and sauna with the tepidarium and hot tub a real highlight. We ate an afternoon tea, breakfast and also in the small plates menu in the restaurant which was all exceptional and worth the visit alone.We also walked around the grounds of the hotel and into the neighbouring paths and loved that there was so much to do at our doorstep. We could have stayed for a lot longer. The staff were also very well trained, polite and very eager to help. Also the valet service was a fantastic touch on arrival.
Disliked: Very little to say in this section. The only thing I would recommend is that they do a bit of work on their gym. The area has a fair bit of machinery in there but it's cramped when there are more than 2 people using it at once.

Liked: The room and spa were wonderful, and the hotel staff were great
Disliked: We had dinner at Grey’s restaurant, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst meals we’ve had in a long time. The food was overly salty and tasted like pre-packaged microwave meals. Breakfast was also very basic and a bit underwhelming
