Liked: Don't know where to start.. Probs with Jane I guess.. Jane is the perfect host.. My mum travelled up first and spent the night I travelled up the second night.. Felt like my mum was well looked after.. Jane got in touch with me to say my mum couldn't get service on her phone and let me know she was OK and settled ect.. There's free WiFi but my mum's getting older so Jane helped her. I joined her on the second evening the B&B is well sign posted, ample parking, welcoming and just beautiful.. Breakfast was gorgeous and cater for gluten free too! Just a really good experience can't fault in any area.. We would definitely go again.. Thank you Jane.. Zoe and Caroline xx

Liked: Breakfast was excellent - good quality and quantity, plus it was very tasty. The welcome was friendly with clear instructions.The room was spacious and comfortable.

Beautifully situated, very comfortable, warm...

Liked: We had a really comfortable stay in the most glorious countryside. We received a warm welcome from Jane Turnbull who gave us some excellent recommendations for good places to eat locally. We chose the Millbank arms which was about 20 minutes away and were amazed at the quality of the food and the great atmosphere. We had a nice suite in the courtyard, consisting of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and enjoyed a comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast was superb, complete with two of my guilty pleasures: black pudding, and fried bread! We sat in the bay window, looking out on the gardens..The gardens are beautiful and in fact we didn’t really want to leave it was so nice!

Liked: Small but cosy, nice furnishings, everything you need. Very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely fluffy towels. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Jane and her staff are super friendly.

Liked: Stunning views of rolling countryside, loads of birds in the garden and very well appointed room. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent.

Liked: Beautiful house, Jane was very relaxed about our arrival and check-in and then extremely friendly when we met the following morning. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.Everything was perfect.
