Disliked: The staircase got a bit annoying with a baby lol and the fact that the second bedroom has no aircon and was soo hot and the main bedrooms aircon was rattling soooooooo loud the whole time it was on that it was absolutely impossible to sleep!!!!! For the price of the stay for 4 nights, i expected sooo much better!!!!

Disliked: Room stinks. Carpets are dirty, torn and stained. Bathroom needs new hardware.

Awesome, long to stay again!

Liked: Clean quiet Pool. Hot tub busy but there was always a slot if wanted. Would love to have stopped longer and maybe rent a room for 3 weeks next time if discounts available for longer stays?
Disliked: The odd mosquito bite

Unimpressed to say the least

Liked: The room overall was clean & comfortable - but needs some serious maintenance.
Disliked: I don't know what I did wrong in the world to be given room 66. Showerhead was so broken, I have no idea how your housekeeping have not flagged this. We had to put a washer over the join between the stem & the showerhead to stop it spraying everywhere while we attempted to shower. The patio door does not lock. The Microwave door button is broken - in which we could not heat up our dinner. The internet is so slow, we resorted to just using our mobile data. The advertisement said "Ground Floor" - we were on the top floor, with two flights of stairs for my elderly mother to climb.Photos showed a standalone shower - it was a shower over a bathThere was a weird locked room with over the door hangers visible - gave a weird creepy vibe that someone was in there.
