Beautiful hard working staff.

Liked: Amazing staff that went above and beyond. Adam was particularly wonderful at helping sort an issue to accomodate my elderly grandmother. He was friendly and such an asset for the hotel. Another wonderful staff member also helped us on Sunday at the concierge. Beautiful staff, with everyone being exceptional at their role. I have never had such amazing service in my travels elsewhere. Well done Ramada.

Amazing place to stay

Liked: Amazing apartment with plenty of space and all nice and working.I had two bedrooms and a separate TV room.Great seating outside looking at the pool (ground floor)
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

Liked: Secure parking, plenty of room in unit, clean & tidy, close to local resturants and shops
Disliked: Incorrect address given in a detailed message for check in / room key pickup, carpets where stained and in need of repair in lounge area, very poor/ slow internet speed through the wifi.Toilet made gurgling noises throughtout the nite,

Disliked: The permanent residents were extremely rude. Not all.. but most. Our neighbour made our stay unpleasant. Often shouting profanities at our 11 year old child. It was a family holiday and no noise was made after 8

Nice accomodation however very disappointing...

Liked: The room was very nice , well equiped . Bed very comfortable . Gardens and pool area nice
Disliked: We were allocated a room at the rear of the property not in the main building shown in all of the pictures online . A block away from the waterfront, a long walk to the restaurant, very disappointing . Asked for an extra key as I was travelling with my teenage daughter who was attending an evening event . Told no second key available which meant I had to stay up to let her back in .
