Lovely stay but double check...

Liked: Lovely setting. Room was amazing-everything you needed and more. Beds were comfy
Disliked: I am peeved about getting a standard room when i booked a premier. The front desk person said she had to talk to her boss as this had happened a couple of times when booking outside of their site. That doesnt bode well for booking.com or they are favoring those who use their website.

Liked: Overall the suite was nice however it had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.

Liked: The resort is in a beautiful location. Loved the inside pool, hot tub and sauna.
Disliked: A single serve coffee pot would be nice in the room.

Liked: We stayed during off-peak season, so the prices are reasonable. Love the location and views. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The place is very clean and comfortable. We love everything about this place and will be back.
Disliked: No breakfast is offered.
