Liked: Beautiful property, incredible wildlife, lovely pools. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Upon checkout, I was charged the resort fee again, even though I prepaid it when I made the non-refundable reservation. It took me five phone calls to get transferred to someone who could assist in processing the refund. Also, the pillows were very flat.

Liked: Check-in staff member made extra effort and found us a room with a balcony. We had no trouble with items such as wifi, views, walking distances. Great location for car touring and excellent restaurants nearby. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Nothing

A nice place to enjoy...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was large. We were on a lower level and it had a cement pad outside the patio door with a view towards the west for sunset viewings. We enjoyed the pool area and the setting of the resort with the cacti and flowering trees. We enjoyed the views of the mountains and the dinner and breakfast we had at the restaurant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the coffee machine in our room was missing some parts that prevented usage. We told the front desk receptionist of the issue and she said that someone would come by and look into it. This never happened. Also there was garbage in the stair well going down to our room.

Older hotel where rooms need...

Liked: The entrance to the lobby is pretty.
Disliked: Old bathrooms with some items in disrepair.Front desk was not happy to bring over featherless pillows.Also, room smelled musty.
