Had a lovely time and...

Liked: Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely
Disliked: The beds weren't the most comfortable and the double was sagging at one end

Very good

Liked: room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm. Parking was straight out front for my motorcycle which was handy and secure as I could see it rom my window.
Disliked: the vending machine...lol the lollies dint come out, had to put double money in to get them...it was a sign that I shouldn't had got them in the first place.

Great location for your tunnel....

Liked: Easy location for Eurotunnel, great service from the staff on duty
Disliked: It’s in need of a revamp. It’s pretty basic. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night.

Pleasant

Liked: Excellent location. Beautiful building in lovely part of Folkestone. Pleasant breakfast and lovely staff.
Disliked: Bathroom was very tired. Access round side of building to the garden would be nice.

Pleasant accommodation if a bit...

Liked: Location is great for the beach front and centre of Folkestone. Easy access to harbour area and lots of walks. Staff in hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, room was clean tidy and cosy.
Disliked: The room was a little shabby but understandably it's an old building. Towel rail wasn't usable, shower was good but small and basic, pipes were quite noisy at night and noise from other rooms was noticeable.

Disliked: No cooked breakfast options.No clean towels on second night or bottled water

Liked: Views. Location and traditional seaside hotel vibe. Breakfast staff were lovely.
Disliked: Vague smell of Victorian plumbing!

Liked: Location right by the boulevard and city center.
Disliked: Parking may pose a challenge. Beds rather short.

Cheap and did the job

Liked: Family room was perfect size wise but bathroom was poor, and noise from adjoining room. TV came on at 3am loud and we couldn’t switch off via remote as batteries dead
