Liked: The room was very comfortable and extremely clean and well equipped.The luxurious bed linen and mattress ensured excellent rest and sleep after a very long drive to Enniskillen . Staff at reception and in the bar restaurant were considerate, friendly and attentive to guest needs and requests. They all created an atmosphere of county Fermanagh courtesy ensuring a warm welcome and memorable visit. The bar menu on Sunday evening was really creative and delicious as was the choice and preparation by the chef. Again much appreciated and greatly enjoyed.
Disliked: Perhaps more or better seating areas for guests in the Reception area could be provided.Also there is the question of style and lighting of that area in general: perhaps a new Desk itself, this would enhance the the message of the welcome and hospitality which is already present and given to guests by the kind reception staff. Some inventive stylistic changes in this area could better reflect and convey the good hospitable nature of the hotel and staff.
