WestSpring Inn - Westlake Cleveland

The front desk had no interest in my story. I didn't even get a refund, free stay or anything!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Checked in at 4pm to head to an event. Went to shower and I didn't have a drop of hot water! Walked over to a restaurant - brought leftovers to the room and the entire refrigerator was flooded, I assume from the freezer. Came back to the room after my event; layed on the comforter (I never lay in the sheets) and I woke up to what I later found out was a bed bug! I checked out and sat in the breakfast nook until my transportation came, for about four hours! Terrible, will not visit this place ever again!

Liked: Location is good, overall curb appeal is not so good. Cleanliness is a bit lacking.

Disliked: Spiders everywhere when I got there dead and alive! Was there 4 r 5 days microwave never worked till the last day even though I called !

Liked: It was quiet and peaceful
Disliked: The toliet didn’t flush good at all

Disliked: Too many crackheads, drinking beer at the pool ..

Double charged for my stay...

Liked: I liked the price and the fact that there was a smoking room but they double charged me for my entire stay and then refused to return the money even though I clearly showed him proof from 3 different sources that I had paid so now I am disputing it with my bank bc I couldn't get my money back from them.
