WestSpring Inn - Westlake Cleveland

The front desk had no interest in my story. I didn't even get a refund, free stay or anything!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Checked in at 4pm to head to an event. Went to shower and I didn't have a drop of hot water! Walked over to a restaurant - brought leftovers to the room and the entire refrigerator was flooded, I assume from the freezer. Came back to the room after my event; layed on the comforter (I never lay in the sheets) and I woke up to what I later found out was a bed bug! I checked out and sat in the breakfast nook until my transportation came, for about four hours! Terrible, will not visit this place ever again!

Liked: Location was easy to find. Bed was okay.
Disliked: Run down, mirrors were streaked so badly I had to clean them myself to see my image. More than a dozen spackled holes in the wall in need of paint. Dirty floors. Breakfast was either Fruit Loops or Cheerios, waffles with corn syrup, toast- no eggs or fruit.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The rooms were very dirty, the ceiling were falling down with standing water in them. Bathtub didn’t drain probably.

Ok for the money

Liked: Good price and comfortable bed. Decent for price. Pool was open and was good enough for a quick dip.
Disliked: Looked like they started renovating, still holes in walls where pictures used to be. They didn't clean the bathroom thoroughly. There were hairs all over the tub and on the back of the shower curtain. They also missed a cat collar on the head board and top of comforter had some cat hair on it.Breakfast was watered down orange juice and coffee. Only offered cereal, toast, and waffles.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was pealing pant on the walls, cob webs on the walls, dirt on the ground like it had not been swept or mopped in weeks. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed and my feet were black
