Disliked: Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid This HotelWe booked what was advertised as a king room with a balcony, 250 sq. ft., bright and spacious, as shown in the booking photos. Upon arrival, we were given a completely different room — no balcony, much smaller, and nothing like the pictures.When I raised this at the front desk, the receptionist said they “always have issues with Booking.com” and couldn’t do anything because this was the last available room. She said we could speak to the manager in the morning.The room itself was very uncomfortable. The AC was a noisy window unit that made it impossible to sleep. The next morning, we discovered there was no hot water and barely any water pressure — we couldn’t even take a shower.When I asked for help, the manager arrived and, to my shock, accused me of “bullying” the receptionist the night before — something that never happened. She eventually checked the room herself, confirmed the water issue, and called a technician, but nothing was fixed.We ended up leaving the hotel without being able to shower, with a room nothing like what we booked, and having been wrongly accused of mistreating staff.This stay was completely unacceptable — wrong room, false advertising, no basic amenities, and unprofessional management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
