Basic comfort, affordable, clean stay...

Liked: Clean and comfortable beds and bathroom, Had all the basics. Very quiet in a property with lovely old mansion and trees Woke up to sun reflecting up from a lovely view of river. Close to all amenities of St,Marys; great for easy walking along river and in to town.
Disliked: Missed not having their dining facility due to seasonality, however was referred by owner to the Sunset Diner for breakfast and a terrific evening meal at TuttCo which included conversational-friendly live music!

Liked: 5 minutes from the arena. The king bed was huge! The room was nice and warm and there was lots of room for myself and kids.
Disliked: Door was cold and difficult to open initially. I contacted the staff. They came to assist and were super friendly.

Liked: Roof didn’t leak. Location was in residential area, where people care about appearance of their properties. Water was hot.
Disliked: Bed did not have a “modern” box spring base, but just springs. This would remind you of this fact EVERY TIME you moved. Looking for an experience of sleeping on a bed from the ‘40’s - nailed it. Room cleanliness poor. Our rooms hvac unit appeared not to have been cleaned since rooms last renovation decades ago. None of the plastic and paper cups had any protective wrapping. Also had the added value of hairs on tub. We were on the second floor in the Terrace building. Video attached
