Nice place to rest and...

Liked: The hotel's location is unbeatable. The beach is just a three-minute walk away.
Disliked: The room lacks much of the necessary amenities to make the stay unforgettable. However, the room has the basics in the bathroom and kitchen to ensure you don't have to go without.

Liked: Great location, one blocl t the beach and they give you towels umbrella and chairs
Disliked: Room condition not great, dish washer did not work but they replaced it; bed was just OK

Liked: Location. .Apartment .clean and quiet.Large fridge.
Disliked: A sofa under the bed was so strange and difficult to get in and out of the bed.. noisy air con.

Very disheartening the staff was...

Liked: They didn't offer us breakfast there we bought Danish at the bakery down the street and coffee they had no coffee there either
Disliked: They had a bar but the bar wasn't open they had no coffee in there and then we asked them if they could call us a taxi cab and they charged us $75 for the cab I don't know how they already know how much it's going to cost so we got in they didn't have the meter running and they said that we had to pay the taxes for the room and that was $75

I like this hotel.

Liked: I like this hotel, I come back to them for the second time and I recommend to everyone who wants to relax in a clean, pleasant and friendly hotel. The beach is two minutes walk away. The room is cleaned every day. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, washing machine and dryer, all the dishes. (family room). I will come back here on my next vacation.

Liked: Convenient location, CVS across the street, 4-5 minutes to the beach.
Disliked: Smell in the room. It was our second time at this location and every time we would walk into the room there was an unpleasant smell. Both times same issue.

Good option for Miami Beach...

Liked: Excellent location! Trolley bus goes right in front or behind hotel which gives free transportation to all of Miami Beach. Room was spacious, bright and clean. Beach chairs/umbrella included and beach only 2 blocks away. They also provided a small cooler so we could pack drinks/food for our time at the beach. Staff was helpful. CVS just across the street was very handy for supplies.
Disliked: Internet access was spotty from our room. Often would have to try several times to get access and would lose it in the middle of accessing sites. No outdoor space at the hotel, but there are restaurants close by. Had a full kitchen but no dish cloths/soap- could use the dishwasher which worked well for plates/utensils when we ran it once at end of our stay.
