Rural retreat...

Liked: Quiet rural spot. Lovely gardens to relax in. Easy to walk to pub for lovely meals.Very friendly hosts. Enjoyed breakfast!Beautiful old building with interesting history.

Delightful manor house stay

Liked: Weston Manor is in a delightful, quiet setting with beautiful gardens and even red squirrels to entertain. The owners were so helpful, giving recommendations for local restaurants and recharging our electric bikes. Our room was large and spacious with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast did not not live up to expectations and sadly no cooked options.

Very relaxing

Liked: Breakfast was very good, I particularly enjoyed the warm croissants and panne au chocolate.I had hoped to see red squirrels whilst on The Isle of Wight and I got plenty of opportunities to watch them in the hotel grounds. There were also birds and butterflies to watch in the quiet pretty gardenOur hosts were happy for us to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and were also happy for us to bring food into the hotel.
Disliked: The matress was not as firm as we like.We prefer an earlier breakfast but Mike did allow us some flexibility.

Idyllic garden and lovely hosts

Liked: Beautiful location with the most idyllic garden and in walking distance to some amazing sights like the Tennyson Downs or Dimbola Museum. Mike and Vicki and their adorable dogs were super friendly and helpful. We went with our 8 month old and they were very accommodating
Disliked: Not much

Great place for a break...

Liked: Great hosts and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable with reliable fast broadband ideal for streaming. Also, very easy to access walks such as the Tennyson Way. Local Inn a five-minute amble on a quiet road.
Disliked: Was fine no issues

Ok, but not quite what...

Liked: Great Location, friendly hosts, good wi-fi and lovely historic building. Clean throughout. Red squirrels in garden.
Disliked: Think the pictures of hotel were from a few years back, outdoor area was nice but the seating was on its last legs. Very small TV, Room was very hot despite all windows wide open. Bed was very hard, small and a bit lumpy. There was no lounge or bar.Biggest issue was breakfast, it was not stated it was just a limited continental with no cooked meats or cheese? Also, breakfast was only available between 9 and 10am, no good for us or a number of the other guests unfortunately.

Liked: Comfortable stay, excellent water pressure and a great shower. Good communication from Vicki and Mike.

Lovely house in peaceful surroundings

Liked: Weston Manor is in a rural location, quiet and comfortable.A great welcome by Mike and Vicki attentive, friendly and took time to talk with guests.Ample breakfast, cereal, fresh fruit yogurt, croissants and pain au chocolat among the offerings.
