Disliked: Room needs a bit of TLC but was fine to rest. I didn't like the amount of mirrors in the room.

Clean attractive hotel abit dated...

Liked: Beautiful building looked welcoming. Good size car park. Clean and staff were helpful.
Disliked: No lift you can be either be disabled and have a disabled room but not disabled and have a family as there are no disabled family rooms. No way to get up two flights of stairs. Though the staff were helpful had to change rooms to two doubles which cost more. Ground floor rooms have windows that opened on an alleyway and felt unsafe to leave open at night. No fan no air conditioning

Lovely stay and food was...

Liked: The place itself was lovely. Room was smaller than pics on booking.com. The surroundings were picturesque. On the whole well worth a visit.
Disliked: But the only issue with room was the wooden flooring. Every part of the floor cracked loudly but I guess I’d understandable with the age of building.

Liked: A lovely old and charming hotel. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Great restaurant with lovely food. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Parking under the trees was a nightmare. Due to bird droppings. Had to wash the car all over before we left.
