OUR STAY WAS EXCELLANT AND...

Liked: THE ROOM WAS EXCELLANT,ITS WAS THE FIRST TIME I MET MY PARTNER FOR A MONTH AND WE ENJOY OUR STAY THE BREAKFAST WAS 10/10 THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY AND YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ROUD OF ALL THE STAFF WHO WORK THERE.
Disliked: THE ONLY DOWN THING WAS NO WATER IN THE MORNING ,BUT THIS WAS DUE TO A PROPLEM WITH THE WATER IN THE LOCAL AREA.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. But our room was tiny, it is not big enough for two people. We were happy to manage this due to a family funeral being the reason we were there. But we were made to feel uncomfortable by a local lady that was in the bar on our first night. We were looking at a stairwell by the bar, talking about how old and beautiful it was. This lady felt it appropriate to get a member of staff to check up on us!!!How dare she do this, we are left to feel like our faces did not fit.A bit of advice, you need to ensure your local customers do not treat your guests this way. She was strutting around like she owned the place. We were made to feel that bad, that we checked out early, so lost a night of our stay. That said the lovely blonde lady on reception that morning that made us tea to have outside, made us feel so welcome, so thank you. But we would not stay again, due to this local lady.
