We have stayed many times...

Liked: A useful halfway point between Scotland and Surrey. Far enough from the A9 to be quiet. Lovely staff & great food. Lift between floors . Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Not good for people with walking disabilities. The access from the blue badge parking area to the entrance is steep and uneven.More rooms with step in showers are needed.

Liked: Location and views. Staff
Disliked: A bit shabby. No grab rail for stairs only banister plus very low light Kevin on staircase. Need a lift

Liked: Very dog friendly. A feeling of quality overall
Disliked: Toilet was NOT clean upon arrival. View from restaurant showed unexpected weathering of outside panels on every room

Overall a very convenient and...

Liked: Very clean and well appointed. Room was very comfortable and toiletries and extras eg coffee and biscuits were high standard. Breakfast was exceptional
Disliked: Only one lady taking orders in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast meant we had to wait to order for about 20 mins
