Disliked: The only thing was the TV did not work so well

Liked: Good location. Walking distance from lots of restaurants, shops and sites. They are on a shuttle line that you can ride all day for $10. It has a big tour bus and makes a loop every hour.Hotel is fairly quiet, even thought there are lots of people staying here. Attached restaurant, and they also have a breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Bathrooms need updating. Plastic bath tub/shower bottoms spongy, round front toilet had a seat that was actually peeling, the shower walls still had soap splashes from previous guest, carpet in room wasn't vacuumed very well at all.

Liked: Convenient location, large room.
Disliked: Not offering late checkout on a Sunday in a hotel of this size is wild. Shower was moldy, water didn’t get hot & the water pressure left much to be desired.

Don’t choose this hotel if...

Liked: I like that the facility had two restaurants and a gift shop. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Coffee is the universal sign for hospitality. There was no fresh brewed coffee waiting for me in the lobby. I either had to pay an exorbitant amount for a watery coffee or use the unpalatable mini-machines in the hotel room. Additionally, my daughter and I felt uncomfortable when we were looking in the gift shop. An employee was brought in while the cashier left the shop, and he hovered over us as we looked around. It made me wonder what kind of clientele they usually get at this hotel. I will never return to this hotel again. I will choose to pay a little more for a classier experience.
