Disliked: Breakfast, no eggs, no ham and cheese, no fruits, no variable breads, no chocolate, no reposition, rude attendant.

Nice hotel to stay

Liked: Staffs are very friendly, they helped me to get the taxi in the morning when I want to catch Alaska train, as my Uber doesn't work.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The bed was comfortable.Good laundry room.
Disliked: Breakfast was insufficient and was exactly the same every day.Housekeeping was inadequate. Even after I asked for the room to be cleaned, only the beds were made and towels folded (not even changed). Trash was left in the bins, no vacuum or any other cleaning was made.Key system didn't work well. I needed to change keys every other day since it stopped working for no reason.

Liked: Location is perfect, close to main highways, airport, and stores/food. Fitness center and laundry room are great additions. Complimentary breakfast is sufficient with large dining room. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi was strong. Free parking is great.
Disliked: On booking.com I made sure to pay for a room with complimentary breakfast, however this wasn’t necessary since everyone in the hotel gets complimentary breakfast. I would have preferred to reserve a two queen bed room instead of one king bed room, but the two queen bed on booking.com said that it did not include free breakfast, yet complimentary breakfast should be included with all the rooms since the hotel advertises a complimentary breakfast for all.
