Liked: The room was a nice size, and we enjoyed having a balcony.
Disliked: The breakfast was average, and it's very noisy downtown. Minimal parking is available, and it's expensive to park at the hotel.

Liked: Very tired and the staff were not interested at all in looking after the guests. Luckily because of our status we got an upgrade so the room was good, but nothing else was good. Very average hotel.
Disliked: Very very tired & staff not good

Disliked: Clearly understaffed. No room safe. Services indicated on phone not provided.

The hotel is very old...

Liked: Location close to downtown
Disliked: The room surfaces were dirty.There was jam on the desk like somebody ate there. It was never wiped down same with one of the nightstands. Next to the bed had rings where a cup had sat, and that was never wiped down.

Liked: Good location , they included a continental breakfast in the fee, helpful friendly staff, comfortable bed
Disliked: Very dated but functional but they didn’t pretend to be 5 star or anything. So it’s a 3 star being a 3 star

Liked: Location was central
Disliked: Lots is homelessness and late night noise. We were harassed multiple times and at one point thought it was going to escalate into a fight with one individual as we were just standing in front of the door waiting on others from our group to come out.
