Liked: excellent location, large room
Disliked: value for money is poor even in an expensive location like Alaska.motel room at resort prices.every negative review is spot on: the street noise, the bathrooms, the breakfast - the line up for the toaster is not to be believed unless you read the review from 3 weeks ago where the exact same problem was pointed out. Who does not solve a problem as simple as getting a 2nd toaster?

Liked: The property has a great location and has tried to stay updated despite being older. The coffee cake in the morning was absolutely fantastic and it was nice to leave our luggage with the front desk before we could check in and after we checked out. The beds & linens were comfy and the property was actually nice and clean.
Disliked: The property is just old and needs some TLC. The front doors aren't automatic and it's a pain to use a luggage cart and wheel suitcases in and out while holding the doors open yourself. The breakfast line gets super long in the morning and would really benefit from a better layout in the breakfast room. Figuring out how to have 2 lines instead of 1 would really speed things up. The water in the shower is extremely touchy and a little temperamental. Staff weren't particularly upbeat or able to accommodate special requests without having to talk with their manager. Lobby furniture is a little worn, but there is plenty for guests to hang out on while waiting for shuttles or activities.
