Liked: The staff was nice and helpful. Also, the room was very clean and the mattress really comfortable. The lounge room was cozy. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was really rich.
Disliked: Not that important, but we would use some disposable slippers.

Liked: Excellent customer service very friendly and helpful staff room very clean and the bed was really comfortable breakfast was hot and plenty of it just help your self .

Charming property in a great...

Liked: Charming property with original features. We stayed in the apartment at the front of the property as a family of four. Beds were comfortable. Weather was cool and the apartment warmed well with good heating. Buffet breakfast offered selection with basic foods, staff were lovely.
Disliked: Breakfast inclusions would benefit from more homemade foods (eg not supermarket packeted pastries) and fruit juice (opposed to flavored cordial).
