I enjoyed the location and...

Liked: The Westin Savannah Harbor truly has a lot to offer. The amenities were excellent and the location is ideal for enjoying Savannah. Overall the atmosphere of the resort made for a very enjoyable stay.
Disliked: While I enjoyed my stay overall, I did experience two issues that were disappointing. First, I was mistakenly double charged for my reservation — once by the third-party booking company and again by the hotel. Although the staff acknowledged the error and began the refund process, I was told it could take 14–21 days for the refund, which feels unreasonable for a mistake that was not mine. I made Westin aware of this issue on August 15th and have yet to receive a refund regarding this matter. I understand staff stated 14-21 days, but I feel highly this is unreasonable and unacceptable to maintain customer service. Second, during my stay I encountered fleas in the room. We did not travel with pets, so I know this was not something we brought with us. This was very concerning and impacted my comfort level during the visit.

Nice comfortable hotel that should...

Liked: Nice location and comfortable venue with large rooms. The pool is a real plus.Would have put an easy 9’without the cons.
Disliked: The staff was not at the level of the hotel standing and the price we paid: - room was cleaned at 4pm- pool bar not offering any food despite the menu- it took more than one hour to have someone lighting up the fire for the marshmallows- last but not least, the breakfast was a real issue: very few tables, far below many significant capacity; we ordered for several things that never came, as basic as bread, orange juice or eggs.

Liked: The location. The views. The pool.
Disliked: The bartender did not put my kid's food in so they did not get to eat. The pool closed way before the rain came. At dinner they did have multiple things we ordered. At the coffee shop they forgot to make out food items. We had to remind them.

Relaxing and quiet.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff is the gym in this hotel. Loved the water taxi.
Disliked: I felt like little pieces of information were Although the staff was absolutely wonderful I felt like pieces of information was left out. For example, when we checked in the ladies were so nice and quick, but no one told us where the elevators were, no one told us the luggage carts where if you self parked.
