Liked: Clean and beautiful; helpful concierge.
Disliked: No place to get a bottle of water after the gift shop closes.

Disappointing
Liked: The facilities
Disliked: We booked the hotel on the basis of the proximity of the golf course and that “twilight “ golf was free. The booking also confirmed that the charge for a golf cart when playing twilight golf was $15. Whilst the golf club did not charge for twilight golf it did attempt to charge us $70 for a cart. When we took this up with the hotel they refused to honour the booking condition and told us there was nothing they could do. They are clearly in breach of contract.

Liked: The venue was not accommodating when we advised we booked one extra day in error, the room was humid the entire time, they did not clean our room until late in evening so we had to do it ourselves into between meetings, the food was horrific, dining staff unattentive, the pool area was dirty, mold and dirt around hot tub, trash in hottub, the borders around the landscape of pool area broken and rusted my friend hit her ankle on it. We call for bell hop on day we were leaving and waited over 34 mins until we called down again for them. Overall do not recommend this hotel

I wouldn’t return to this...
Liked: The facilities are quite good, the social areas are very nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: To begin with, they didn’t have any more king-size beds available, and my reservation to celebrate my first anniversary with my wife was for a room with a king-size bed. We ended up sleeping in separate beds on our anniversary.Second, on the night of our anniversary, we went to eat at the restaurant. The menu options were very limited. We ordered the chicken and the filet mignon—the chicken was nothing like what we expected; it was dry. I wouldn’t eat at the restaurant again. If they’re only going to have ten dishes, they should all be amazing.The next morning, the buffet breakfast had a 20-minute wait, and not because there were no available tables—half the restaurant was empty. The problem was that half of the tables were dirty. They had two hosts who weren’t really doing anything. Eventually, one of them started helping the others clean, but overall, the service was very inefficient.I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Even though the facilities are worth it, the service was mediocre
