Disliked: Shower was not cleaned up after some repairs on the ceiling paint

Extremely disappointed in this hotel...

Liked: Location was close to my work.
Disliked: The property pool was down the entire time, lobby stings like sewer pipes and so does all guest rooms. Flies right outside the doors. Amenities not included they run out of robes and slippers. No coffee provided

Won't be choosing this property...

Disliked: We chose this location specifically for the pool and upon arrival we were told that it was closed. The front desk said "well you can go somewhere else if you want". We had just driven 2 hours to get there and didn't know the area at all.

Great hotel and great staff...

Liked: Excellent staff at the Westin.Everyone was friendly and helpfulA special mention to Reginald who greeted guests every day in the lobby.
Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance- would have appreciated notice of that beforehand.

Great but can improve

Liked: It was clean and staff was accommodating and kind.
Disliked: The pool was closed that is the only reason why we stayed there

Very nice hotel, attractive location...

Liked: Clean room, good housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The hotel has a nice pool facility, but the cabana awnings are all torn and a mess. Really reflects badly on what could be a nice attraction.

A wonderful property that is...

Liked: The Valet staff and bar staff in the morning restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful. The charge for overnight parking was very reasonable!
Disliked: The beds were a little softer than I like, but not a deal breaker. The room was solid feeling and close to the elevator so my senior parent did not have to walk far, that was great.
