Liked: Staff freindly, hotel is clean, well located, with plenty parking space, and the App is very convenient for communication
Disliked: 1. I asked for a facing Shpere room when I booked the room months ago, but when check-in, they say it's full and not possible.2. Room has an uneven floor, feels uncomfortable to walk on it3. The air conditioning fan is set to a fixed speed, can't be adjusted, and the strong noise that it makes is kind of annoying4. The bed is a little short5. The toilet is too low, for a normal adult6. Hotel has its ages, specially the elevator, needs to improve

Liked: Only the location and cleanness were good.
Disliked: The hotel consists of outdated payment methods like sliding card payments, no NFC, no card chip payments.Upon arrival the cards payment through sliding weren’t going through, the same card was used all over america but not there because they had this sliding card system. Even the staff didn’t help, they were accepting cash at checkout but not check in like it doesn’t even make sense. We had to book another hotel after they wasted our 6 hours. Not 1 card but 10 of them didnt worked but it did in other hotels.

Clean, comfy, great location.

Liked: The location was perfect. The rental car was at the hotel, eat to Uber, and good walking distance to good and attractions.
Disliked: The spa hours close too early. I did however enjoy the spa on the first night. They closed before we could get there upon returning prior to departure.

Liked: View, room, accessible to sauna and yoga classBreakfast.
Disliked: Housekeeping and the noise. Every single time a door shuts on our floor it sounded like someone slamming a door. Wishing there is a healthier choice for breakfast

Passable

Liked: Breakfast was decent, better than a typical continental breakfast at most hotels. Elevators were fast. Lobby clean. Hotel is centrally located on the strip.
Disliked: Two small beds for the family of three. Long wait for breakfast seating. Not worth the money they charge.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. No smoke. No Casino. Walking distance to the Strip and Sphere. Great Stay
