Disliked: Had to keep asking for towels , toilet paper and iron.

Liked: We got upgraded to a room that provided a view of the Sphere in Las Vegas. Provided dessert and a beverage voucher which was nice touch.
Disliked: We got a package delivered before we arrived. I called to confirm that it was okay to do that prior to placing the order. I was not notified that there was a handling fee associated.

Overall, excellent Hotel and facility...

Liked: The room was very clean, location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful at any time of the day and night. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends who would like to stay in Las Vegas.
Disliked: The bathroom facility would need an upgrade, maybe consider exchanging the bath with a walk in shower?The public computer and printer did not work. For people who require printed documents for flights for example.

Liked: Shower was cold. Bed was nice and comfy, other than that the spa opens at 10am....staff was ok and not decent general feel for a Westin/Bonovy property...3rd party restaurant for breakfast was good

Liked: Location, very close to my event. Restaurant had great hours and healthy reasonably priced food selections.
Disliked: Rooms were dated.

Good location, great facilities.

Liked: This place was lovely, so clean and great facilities. A bar, restaurant and Starbucks makes it easy to get everything you need for a quick visit. Walking distance to the strip and feels very safe.
