Passable

Liked: Good location, nice views.
Disliked: Fridge did not work, wifi was poor. Kids had to get out of the pool early because someone pooped in the pool. Hot tub was dirty and not full.

Exceptional

Fantastic property and value, especially...

Liked: Donovan at check in upgraded our room and although early check in wasn't possible, he was kind enough to offer to hold our luggage and let us use the pool until check in time. Great service.
Disliked: All of the containers for shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower were empty, and we hadn't brought our own. We had to ask twice for some before they brought them to our room, and what they brought were 3 bags full of mini products. The person who brought them to the room didn't say a word, just handed over the bags and seemed annoyed. But we appreciated having some products, though!

Liked: The pool with the slide was nice and the separate pool without activities is also nice. View of the lake is super nice. Food was delicious, pricy though.
Disliked: Fire alarm at 6am without proper information and personnel was treating us horrible when asking what was going on.

Beautiful views and great staff!

Liked: The staff, especially the young man who helped me with my luggage to the room, as well as the hotel manager- they went above and beyond to make the stay great. There were a couple bumps when I arrived and they smoothed them with kindness, with a smile and with genuineness. The manager offered me a free breakfast and then a couple days later, I received an email where he actually refunded my stay; I was truly amazed! Customer service is more than lip service here. I'll go back.
Disliked: I wish I could have stayed in the first room as I liked the view from it the best, so if it were cleaned properly and the refrigerator had been plugged in and cold (old, sour smelly water leaked out), I could have stayed in it and not moved. However, as I'd mentioned, the staff were very nice about things, moved me to another room and more than made the rest of my stay lovely.
