Good but not what I...

Liked: Beds, pillows, and staff were excellent. However, the property was dated and a little dingy. Everything above the lobby appeared overdue for complete renovation. Not what I have come to expect from Westin. The Westin "Signature Fragrance" was over-powering in the lobby.
Disliked: Carpet in hallways and room was dirty and old. Room decor was dated. Inconvenient location of electronic charging ports. The Westin "Signature Fragrance" was over-powering in the lobby.

Disliked: Bugs in first room but staff moved us to another room as soon as we told them.

There was no hot water...

Disliked: There is nothing near the hotel (restaurants)

Disliked: hotel was extremely run down no counter space in bathroom shower attachments broken door did not lock/ unlock properly beds sank in the middle ac did not work adequately bathroom door was beat to heck not enough chairs at pool n pool ds total upgrades not

Superb

Liked: The location was pretty good ,because of Walmart
Disliked: No type of Entertainment. We drove to south Beach, west palm beach (downtown) for Entertainment

Liked: The cash buffet was very good. The food was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shower temper control came off in my hand the first day and I was able to fix it.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: I found the hotel’s signature scent didn’t agree with me but I react to a lot of scents so I just spent as little time as possible in the lobby

Exceptional

Liked: The atmosphere and environment were exceptional.
Disliked: Some of the staff were a bit standoffish.
