Rick, Huntingdon, visiting Benedum Center Mon, 1 February 2016

Liked: We stayed at the WCC for a show at the Benedum. The staff were great from the time we pulled up to the front doors until we drove away. I would recommend staying at the WCC again and we will definitely be staying there the next time we are in Pittsburgh.

Overall we had a great stay. Having the hotel shuttle take us to where we wanted to go was great as it allowed us to not have to fight traffic and parking. The entire staff was great. It just continues to be disappointing that room rates and basic food cost so much.

Liked: Fabulous staff; complimentary shuttle.
Disliked: Overpriced room and food, especially breakfast buffet.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Erica, Pittsburgh, visiting PPG Paints Arena Mon, 14 October 2013

In general, the stay was horrible! They just want to make money off of hardworking people under false accusations!

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Was wrongfully charged for smoking in the room. I've never smoked. I watched my mother die of emphysema and it sickens me that they would charge me 200 dollars. Maybe it was the guest before us, since the room didn't look all that clean. There was brown stuff smeared on the back of the bathroom door. Won't stay there again. Also, when I tried to call and rectify the problem, I was put on hold and left for 10 minutes by billing until I hung up. Knew she wasn't coming back on phone. Plan on calling to talk to her supervisor when I have more time.

Room and hotel staff were great. It took us 2 hours after the concert at Heinz field to get back to the hotel.

Liked: Staff, room
Disliked: Parking, traffic after event

I read reviews & was a little worried, but overall I was pleased! The staff was very friendly & room service was prompt. I didn't feel it was that overpriced, no different than other nice Hotels. I don't care who you are or where you stay...some people find fault with everything. I stayed for a Steelers game & it was a busy time, the service was excellent for that many guests. The positive out-weighed any negetive.

Liked: location
Disliked: slight odor/ they allow pets
