Liked: Great location!!!! Went to a concert at the BJCC. It was great to be able to walk to it!

OK - as expected
Liked: Did not know anything about breakfast. Where? Cost? Had no idea.
Disliked: A free breakfast and cheaper beer. Went elsewhere 2nd and 3rd night - your drinks are too expensive.

Liked: I ate one night in the restaurant, Richard was my bartender. Great experience. Richard was very helpful and really knew his beer and liqueur.
Disliked: Couldn?t sleep, had somewhat of a disturbance in the hallway around midnight. Not sure what was the problem?

Liked: staff most polite.
Disliked: it is Tuesday night and my bill has not been posted on my debit account. it should have cleared on sunday. i am extremly disappointed for the delay.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful to me and my wife. This hotel is such a nice place. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: My stay coincided with a high school beta club convention but the Westin staff did a great job of moving the individual guests through the masses.
