Great value for this beautiful...

Liked: The location was excellent, several places within walking distance such as Central Park, Times Square, Broadway. The doormen and staff were always on point with any assistance we needed. It’s a very classy yet welcoming space throughout. We enjoyed the included breakfast and evening tapas and drinks. Our room bathroom was very spacious and closets were large. We had a terrace room and the terrace was very long, and the view was great! P.S. LOVED the huge chocolate chunk cookies upon check in, THAT’S the perfect way to welcome guests!!
Disliked: One of the elevators was in repair and our hotel only had one, although we were able to use the adjacent hotel’s elevators to get to our floor, so it wasn’t that bad, just a few times we had to wait a while.

This a good value hotel...

Liked: The breakfast and the opportunity to have a drink and light meal in the evening as part of the price was excellent value.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great.

Liked: Breakfast: ExcellentLocation: ExcellentI had severe and uncomfortable problems at the time of my CHECK-IN due to a miscommunication between BOOKING.COM and the Hotel WESTHOUSE. However, at the time of my CHECK-OUT HOTEL WESTHOUSE took care to reimburse me for all my losses, and for this HOTEL WESTHOUSE deserves my respect (reimbursement of 2 nights and 100% reimbursement of resident fees). I definitely recommend HOTEL WESTHOUSE!
Disliked: Regarding the reimbursement of 2 of my nights, I am not getting clear and objective answers about when exactly I will receive this amount, I have already tried to contact BOOKING.COM and also 2 managers of HOTEL WESTHOUSE (Ms. Pagye and Ms. Berlingeri), but I am still waiting for answers.

Hotel for a night

Liked: Location. Well polite employees!
Disliked: No black out in the room, old shower, tight, messy organization at check in and didn’t let us know before to come the lift is under work and takes forever to go up or down. A little noisy also.

Very glad we chose this...

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was very good and the. Indulgence time between 5pm and 8pm was very welcoming. We could spend the day walking around the city have a reasonable lunch and then finish the day with a few wines and the food provided was more than enough for dinner.
Disliked: Lifts at times were a little slow but one was under maintenance during our stay.

Liked: The free breakfast and free happy hour drink/food. Location.
Disliked: Terrible lifts. Excuses were upgrading but we stayed for multiple nights 3 weeks apart and never saw anyone working on them. Wierd ground floor ‘lobby’ area…looks ok but the bar isn’t manned….not welcoming nor grand like some lobby’s are. Rooms shabby both stays ( eg peeling wallpaper). Marketed as a luxury boutique property …it isn’t. It’s just an’overflow’ for the adjacent and interlinked Park Central hotel. It’s an expensive 3.5 star hotel with the aforementioned free food offerings.
