Disliked: The only thing I did not like was our room 5122B was not as clean as I would like it... there were stains in the shower and the shower head could be replaced. And their were areas that need deep cleaning like the light switch and sliding glass door to balcony was filthy as well... but I love this place and this was minor to me

Liked: The proximity to local theme parks.
Disliked: Being treated rudely when I declined the offer for a timeshare presentation. Lorna needs to act professional at all times with a repeat customer, her customer service skills went from chatty and welcoming to straight up dismissive.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Registration took too long, and I waited 49 minutes in line. Customer reps kept hanging around taking their sweet time and not seeing how long the line was. Three reps at the touring desk had no one in line they should be crossed train so when the registration is too long they can help.

Liked: Not too crowded and easy to find stuff
Disliked: Needs to be more modern and updated, the wifi did not work well, and the staff was not open amd honest about the 90 min tour and its requirements

Over all I really enjoyed...

Liked: Overall I enjoyed my stay, every thing was perfect.
Disliked: I didn't like that the fact that we had to pay 20.00 for the water park. It should have been 10.00 dollars. A day instead.
