Accommodations exceptional, but website is...

Liked: Accommodations are very good, exceptionally clean and had everything needed. Lovely to have lots of towels, amd the balcony was great, until someone was smoking somewhere
Disliked: Waterpark very expensive as website is not at all clear that it is extra. Plus check in is at 4P, which meant it was $100 for only 2 hours, not at all good value. This would me reconsider about staying again. Onto which, we then found out the paddle boats also weren't included either.Check in took 30 mins in total due to the lines and staff available.

I will tell everyone I...

Liked: The water park
Disliked: Didn't get everything thing that came with the price got there Sunday didn't know anything about what was available for my family until Thursday. My sis got bites on her body from sleeping in the pull-out bed. The bed I was in very uncomfortable my back hurts me so bad. Tube was so dirty this was very disappointing I will never come back.
