You must stay here!

Liked: This is the only place we stayed when visiting Orlando. Brilliant location and facilities.
Disliked: They have stopped the maid service which was disappointing, however the front desk were brilliant and provided anything we needed that the maids had provided on previous visits

Disappointing

Liked: Super room layout.. Outstanding.
Disliked: Patchy internet, no help from the front desk to sort the same. They directed us to complaint directly to the ineterner service provider. Hair dryer wasnt working, was replaced twice after that but none of them worked, all obsolete models. Expected better where tourist use theme parks and hair washes are a must post visiting them. We were booked for 6 nights, no house keeping facility at all any of the days. We checked into another hotel for a day to while this booking was active.

Very good

Liked: The living space was a plus. The free shuttle to Orlando Studios was great!
Disliked: I'm not sure if housekeeping comes to check on needs. But I called for towels, received a bag which was great but never received instruction were to dump trash or dirty towels, so stayed in room until we left.
