Liked: The location which was right across the street from the amusement park, but we did not attend and right on the beach. Easy access.
Disliked: The floor that we were on I was expecting to be a little bit higher but whatever and then they gave me a $35 credit which I couldn't even use because I didn't get that email till I got home so and I still have not received my deposit from them.

Liked: The location, amenities, and staff were amazing. We enjoyed our experience while vacationing in Myrtle Beach!
Disliked: Too many dogs and excessive barking. Also, too many loading/unloading parking spaces in a parking lot with limited spaces. The adjacent garage is available but the traffic flow in and out is concerning.

Liked: The smell of the Holiday Season was wonderful. Staff was attentive. All areas were brightly lit. My room was stocked as it should be, I didn't have to request any additional items.
Disliked: A continental breakfast would have nice.

Liked: LOCATION, THE STAFF, THE VIEW.
Disliked: ROOM NEEDED UPGRADE, IN NEED OF MAINTANANCE WORK ON SLIDING DOOR LEADING TO THE BALCONY AND REPAIR OF CURTAIN ROD AND HOLDER IN THE RESTROOM.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.
Disliked: 1. They regulated the hot water in the showers making it luke warm. 2. They rope you into sitting through one of their timeshare presentations and then are absolutely rude when you decline to buy one. 3. They make you wear a cheap yellow plastic bracele

Liked: The location was convenient, and staff was kind and attentive. The room was affordable and clean (as well as the entire property). I believe this property is better suited for a family experience.
Disliked: There are no notices of operational changes for off seasons stays (reduced shop hours and bar wasn't open). Very little vegetarian options for dining. Horrible water pressure in room. Towel racks weren't stocked much and the pool didn't seem very warm.

Liked: The lazy river was warm
Disliked: The other 2 pools weren't heated.I got charged a higher resort fee than I was told.I wish I had gone to a regular hotel.I went expecting more because it was Westgate.I was disappointed..
