Liked: I like the room. Nice ocean view.
Disliked: I didn't like that there wasn't a stove. No counter space. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. There was hair on the floor.

Started off rocky!

Liked: Staff was excellent! Lobby was clean.
Disliked: Our room was dirty, talked to the manager Theresa, she apologized and upgraded our room which was bigger and clean. I appreciate her doing that, made the rest of our trip amazing!

Not satisfied with property will...

Liked: The location of property was great.
Disliked: The pools were not clean, experienced a bed bug bite at 6am on Sunday and the issue was not taken serious at all, manager was very rude, toilet was backed up and took maintenance a very long time to come and fix. Was advised by manager that that I may have been bitten by sand flees I am so disappointed

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It could use an uplift. I expected more as a former Westgate Owner. I have stayed at other locations and this one was disappointing. I had to change rooms because bugs were crawling on the bed.
