A Home Away from Home

Liked: It had a crisp Caribbean feel to it. The suite was extremely nice.

Liked: God bed, and Villa ( the 2 bedroom exclusive villa)
Disliked: The air conditioning unit nearby was very old and noisy, making it difficult to sleep. I informed them about the issue, but it wasn't turned off! The internet connection was very weak and kept dropping. After extending my stay, they didn't clean the room, change the bed sheets or towels, even after I requested it. The manager wasn't sensitive to the fact that it was a new stay in the same type of accommodation - a 2-bedroom exclusive villa.

Disliked: We appointed the westsgate’s reception for the delivery of a few buyings. From 4 we received only 2, and later they said they had delivered(not to me)

Disliked: Showers had cold water didn’t get very hot but we made do… wish it had pot holders and stuff but we figured out a way when we cooked before going to get what we needed at the store lol
