Exceptional

Liked: We loved our stay. Everything and everyone were great. It was very relaxing, which is what we wanted. If I had to suggest anything, I’d probably like to see a little more amenities/entertainment/music at the pool.

Pleasant surprise, loved the peacefulness...

Liked: Great location, near attractions. Clean and very quiet and peaceful outside. Parking was easy. I would not have thought to look for a room at the resort, so glad Booking.com had it as a suggestion. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing really that bad, they didn't sell beer in the lobby, but we found a gas station nearby. They are pretty strict about the 4 pm check in, I arrived a little early but that was on me since I had to be somewhere at 4 pm, they went ahead and found a room for me.

Everything exceeded my expectations

Liked: What I love about Westgate is that it does not feel like you are staying at a hotel it’s like you are in an apartment. You have a full size kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, dishwasher, a private balcony, and plenty of storage and closet space. They also have great amenities such as pools, hot tub, game room, mini golf, fitness room and more!
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say everything was perfect

Disliked: No hot water , staff telling lies , didn’t get a balcony room even though i paid for oneeeee
