Liked: Close proximity to convention center & monorail. Most staff was helpful.
Disliked: Room was mostly clean upon arrival, but the toilet was "full".. Ugh. The worst part was being constantly harrassed by people offering free breakfast (timeshare push). Took 20+ minutes for elevator down every morning. Stairs only led outside.

Liked: It was close to the monorail and beside the convention center where II had a conference.
Disliked: I found a gigantic cockroach 3/4 the size of my hand. I even took a video. My friend had to kill it. It was disgusting. I was on the 28th floor. Also, mildew stench in the room. Floor was morphed from previous water damaged. Bathroom handle fell off.

Liked: Everything went smoothly. Helpful staff, Great facilities and location. I would definitely recommend staying here.
